NFL 2017

Post by Shagnasty » Wed Sep 13, 2017 9:38 pm

This will be my only post on the NFL. Unless I get called out and have to respond. :P I'm boycotting it this year.

Ok...I'll see if I can coax a 2nd post from you Shag. Is there any reason that brought the boycott just this season?

I've been getting less interested the past couple years. I just dont care for the culture of it anymore. It'll be tough though since i like to watch football

You'll be back. They're always back.

Shag, as long as you don't sit during the national anthem I'll respect your boycott.

Yeah. I'm sure I'll get tired of watching Lifetime movies on Sundays. Which reminds me. I need to find my Man Card. :D

I'm kind of with you with on dwindling interest in the NFL. I still watch the Chiefs but I remember the day when I watched every Monday night football game and lots of other teams as well. I've kind of gone the same direction with college ball as well. Last Saturday's game between OU and OSU was one of the first college games I had watched that wasn't a bowl or playoff game. I suppose if you were into fantasy leagues (I'm not) there might be more interest, but even then would probably be fine with just watching the redzone broadcast.
