KPREPS.com released their week 7 statewide rankings. While many SEK-Sports.com coverage area teams remained steady, the one significant change was for the Humboldt Cubs.
The Cubs, who held off the Riverton Rams, slipped from the number 4 spot down to number 5 in Class 2A.
With their blow-out performance over Leon-Bluestem, the Olpe Eagles held down the number 2 spot in Class 1A.
The undefeated Madison Bulldogs stayed steady at the number 2 spot in Class 8M-I with a lopsided win over Valley Falls while Saint Paul in Class 8M-II held their ground with a win over Marmaton Valley for the number 4th spot in the statewide sports site rankings.
No SEK-Sports.com coverage area teams in class 3A or 4A made the top 5 rankings this week.
