New Season, New Hopes

The 2022 season saw its ups and downs, with the Mustangs finishing with an overall record of 6 wins and 24 losses, and a league record of 2 wins and 6 losses. However, this year is all about turning the tide and embracing the possibilities that lie ahead.

Returning Stars and Rising Talent

The team’s core strength lies in its returning players. With 5 starters making a comeback and 6 returning lettermen, the Mustangs are ready to bring their experience and skills to the court. Keep an eye out for Reese Curry, Alana Mader, Kaysin Crusinbery, Elza Clift, Mariah Jelinek, Jackie Fager, and Rio Lohman, who all gained valuable varsity exposure last season.

Fresh Faces in the Game

The Mustangs are also excited to introduce some new talent this year. Keep an eye on freshmen Dally Curry and Zoie Hesse, who are ready to showcase their skills and make their mark on the varsity team.

Eyes on the Prize

This year, the Mustangs are setting their sights high. With dedication and hard work during the off-season, the team is confident in their ability to compete at a higher level and make their presence felt in the Pioneer League. The players’ growth from young talents to experienced upperclassmen brings a new level of enthusiasm and potential to the court.

Alumni Making Their Mark

The Mustangs are proud to celebrate the success of their alumni as well. Becca Sprague is currently making waves at the University of Saint Marys, while Ally Ellis is shining at Ozark Christian.
