“Proud of my girls efforts versus Chanute. It was a major team victory. We were super resilient coming back in the 2nd game from 10 down., and not gaining the victory but the fight propelled us to a strong win in the 3rd set. We did the same in the start against Pittsburg, but errored too easily and couldn’t find enough energy to push through to victory. We can’t wait to get back at it on Saturday at Cherryvale Tourney. We’re playing good volleyball right now,” said LCHS volleyball coach Heather Wilson.
In the other match of the night, Pittsburg defeated Chanute 2-0.
