The Labette County Lady Grizzlies picked up a pair of SEK League wins Tuesday night over Fort Scott and Parsons.
“This was a fun set of matches for us because we played more resiliently and even though we went aloof for a few plays, we battled to the finish. We really hit the ball well all the way around against both teams.” said LCHS volleyball head coach Heather Wilson.

“I have to give Parsons a lot of credit. Nena and company played extremely hard too, even diving so hard she split her chin on the floor. I’m sure for a spectator it was an entertaining evening. We finally finished a match and came out on top this time, and I’m super proud of the girls.” said Wilson.
