In Class 4A, Pittsburg’s win on Friday night over Fort Scott was enough to keep them locked at the 5 spot while Chanute’s dominant victory was rewarded with the move up 2 spots to number 8.
In class 2A, Humboldt’s defensive shut out and offensive performance from Conor Haviland wasn’t enough to budget the Cubs from the number 6 spot.
In class 1A, Olpe’s Friday night win nudged the Eagles up to the number 2 spot according to CatchItKansas. Smith Center took top place honors.
In 8-Man football, Madison stayed steady at number 3 on the Division I side with their offensive win over Marantha Academy on Friday night. In Division II, St. Paul’s throttling of Crest kept them at number 4.
